Reminisce Magazine Review

Once upon a time - Rosie the Riveter worked in the factories along side many countless men and women in an effort to get the job done and done right! - We led the way in the world markets in technology, transportation, quality of life and innovation. A simpler time that somehow evokes memories in all of us that was an idealistic time in this great country. This magazine is a "Norman Rockwell like" treasure chest of the ideal Americana I love and never knew as I am only 42 years old. But through my parents memories, my grandparents stories (now long gone) I can only imagine how wonderful it was to live during these most prosperous times, albiet a time of world war - and yet we still came out on top.
This magazine captures all this and more. The articles are written by a generation that deserves the BEST from all of us. They built everything there is now and sadly it is being given away. Handed out to people that do not know the words - SACRIFICE, VALUE or QUALITY of life. To be an AMERICAN means just that - to leave behind your old way of life and become an AMERICAN. The stories in this magazine show all of us what it's like to BE AMERICAN and trust in GOD, One Nation under his devine guidance with determination and value that makes us number one.
I feel this periodical is a repository of memory, history, experience and images of life and times that needs to be remembered clearly - it was not that too long ago!! - only one generation at most.
I gave this magazine to my Mother her Sister and my Aunt for Christmas gifts as they always tell stories of a better time, a simpler time - a good time that they Reminisce.
Wonderful concept - well produced.
